Dear Customer,

Electrolysis treatment requires close contact with Clients and therefore it is vital to ensure we all continue to maintain good hygiene. Below I have outlined changes I have made to ensure your safety whilst you undergo your treatment with me.  

With so many unknowns about Covid-19, the precautions listed below may be subject to change as and when additional guidelines are published by Government/Leicester City Council.

  ü   Clients are requested, if they, or anyone in their household have been unwell, or been in contact with anyone who has been unwell, no matter how mild, 14 days prior to appointment date, NOT TO ATTEND APPOINTMENT. This includes contact with children.

Client appointment will be rescheduled and there will not be a charge for this. Please note you must provide correct date that you (anyone in your household or anyone you have been in contact with) became unwell.

ü   All new Client consultations will be conducted by telephone/skype.

ü   Necessary forms for completion will be emailed to all Clients. Once the forms have been returned, I will contact you to arrange an appointment to start your treatment.

ü   You are requested to make payments for treatment by bank transfer at time of booking.

ü   Appointments have been spaced to allow minimum 15 minutes between each Client. This allows me to clean equipment and surfaces and also assists towards maintaining social distancing between Clients.

ü   You are requested to attend your appointment alone.

ü   Before starting treatment, you will be requested to confirm your health, (including that of anyone in your household).

ü   You will be taken to the treatment room where you will be asked to place all belongings into your own carrier bag.

ü   You are requested to wear an UNUSED face mask inside the salon. If you forget to bring a face mask, one can be purchased from the Salon. You are requested not to remove the face mask until you have left the Salon.

ü   I use Sterex disposable probes which are always opened in your presence at the beginning of treatment.

ü   I will use disposable PPE for each Client. I will continue to wash my hands before and after starting your treatment.

ü   I will be wearing a face mask and visor for the duration of your treatment.

ü   Unfortunately, there will be minimal chatting during your appointment.

ü   Any Client who misrepresents their health information or any other details above will be refused treatment.

ü   Clients are seen strictly by appointment only.

If you, or anyone in your household, tests positive and you have been to my salon during a time you may have been infectious, please inform me immediately. I may need to inform my other clients seen on the same day.  I will be wearing mask and visor which reduces the risk, but we have to stay vigilant.

Please note, if I feel unwell, I will not be working. This may mean your appointment will be cancelled at short notice. I appreciate this maybe inconvenient but it is done for your and my safety. Should this situation arise, I will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
